Who We Are
Helios Productions is a Syracuse-based event production company serving Central New York and the surrounding region. We specialize in small to mid-sized corporate events — the kind that matter deeply to the organizations putting them on, but often get overlooked by the big-city production houses.
We started Helios because we saw a real gap: businesses, associations, and institutions across Central New York were either cobbling together event tech on their own or paying a premium to bring in crews from Albany, Buffalo, or New York City. There's a better way.
